Final Paper Submission Guidelines

Please note that final paper acceptance (for submission to IEEE Xplore) is conditional upon

  1. At least one author completing registration and payment (Deadline: Aug 24, 2022.)
  2. The paper meets these IEEE requirements
    1. Follows given format
    1. PDF File is IEEE Xplore Compliant
    1. Copyright transfer to IEEE utilizing the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCf)
    1. Clears IEEE plagiarism check (OK if similarity percent is under 30%)
  3. The standard of English is satisfactory.

Important Dates*

Authors/Paper Presenters Submit Final Paper and Copyright TransferCompletion Deadline: Aug 20, 2022.
After this date, papers risk not being published in the conference proceedings
Registration DeadlineAug 24, 2022.

How to Prepare & Format Your Paper

STEP 1: Complete a properly formatted paper document
Please follow strictly the given TEMSCON-ASPAC 2022  Paper Template Note: Standard paper length is 5 pages and no author may exceed 8 pages
STEP 2: Generate your PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpress™
NOTE: Your PDF file MUST NOT INCLUDE PAPER ID, PAGE NUMBER & CONFERENCE NAME   The paper must be submitted in Adobe’s Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF file must pass the compatibility test in the IEEE PDF eXpress™. Your paper cannot be included in the proceedings if it fails the compatibility test. IEEE PDF eXpress™ allows you to convert your Word, LaTeX, or range of other source files into IEEE Xplore™ compatible files (preferred option). You may also use PDF eXpress to check your own PDF files for compatibility.
2.1         After creating your final paper using the given TEMSCON-ASPAC 2022  Paper Template go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website at https://ieee-pdf-express.org
2.2         Click on ‘New User’ option to create your own IEEE PDF eXpress account.   Conference ID: 52831X
2.3         Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for checking. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
2.4         Proofread the PDF file generated thoroughly. There could be missing symbols, equations, graphs, and also errors reported. Please re-prepare the source file and repeat the conversion again. If the problem persists, please use the online help provided in the PDF eXpress site.   CAUTION: Until your PDF file IEEE Xplore-compatible, DO NOT go to Step 3 below. Only IEEE Xplore-compatible papers can be published. If you have more than one paper, please be sure to submit each paper separately.
STEP 3: Submit Final Paper (Source File & PDF File) and Copyright Transfer Form
3.1         Login to TEMSCON-ASPAC 2022 Paper Submission System using your account. Go to “My   Submissions” to submit your final paper (Source File and PDF File).
3.2         If applicable, update your author list, the paper title, your affiliation, and the abstract. To update/correct your name and affiliation you can do your editing at “My Profile”. The final program and conference proceedings will be prepared according to the information that you provide here.
3.3         Sign the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form electronically. Upon submission of the IEEE   Copyright Form, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from IEEE with an attached Copyright Receipt (PDF File).
